Privacy Policy

This page explains what blingsoo does with your information when you book through us. We keep it plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you book an appointment, we collect only what is needed to make and confirm that booking:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• Your email address
• The service, date and time you choose

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment details at booking.

Why we collect it

We use your details to book your appointment, send you a confirmation, send appointment reminders, and let the salon you booked with prepare for your visit. That is all.

Where it is processed

Your booking is stored securely in our database (Supabase) and your confirmation and reminder emails are sent through an email service (Brevo). These providers process your information only so blingsoo can run. The salon you booked with can also see your booking, because the booking is for them.

We never sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We are not a marketplace and we do not market other businesses to you. Your details exist to serve the booking you made.

Reminders and your consent

When you make a booking, that booking is your consent for us to email you a confirmation and reminders for that appointment only. We will not send you marketing or anything beyond that appointment unless you clearly opt in. If we ever do send optional messages, every one will include a way to stop them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. This follows the Australian Spam Act 2003.

How to ask us to delete your information

You can ask us to delete your booking information at any time. Email hello@blingsoo.com.au and we will remove it. You can also ask to see what we hold about you.
